Proposal Description:
Approximately 2.5 hectares of vehicle and container storage, in line with the site's current B1 and B8 use classes with approximately 1.2 hectares of re-wilded and planted land on the south west end of the site and along the boundary, in line with Chapter 6 of Planning Policy Wales.
